Servicing and repairs

 

All of our products are QC checked and shipped in working order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, and / or a defective component, we will offer an exchange. If the product has been used, we will service your watch and replace, free of charge, any components necessary within the two-year warranty period. If your watch is outside of the warranty period, we will first assess your watch and provide free of charge a quotation for any necessary repairs before proceeding. It is also possible to purchase spare parts for your watch directly from us by contacting us through our contact page.
