Shipping policy

We offer free international shipping worldwide, operated by DHL. For a product in stock, shipping time is usually 3 to 5 days but may take longer depending on location. Customs fees and taxes are not included outside of Australia.

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to request a refund or exchange. Items must be returned unused, complete in their original packaging with all documentation included. Any protective covering must not be removed as doing so will void this policy.

To obtain a free return slip, please visit our Contact page and fill out the form. The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of their decision to return the items.
