The warranty on our products is valid worldwide for a period of two years from the date of shipping. It does not cover wear and tear including dents or scratches resulting from normal use. It also does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions (see manual) provided by Ocean To Orbit Pty Ltd.

All of our products are QC checked and shipped in working order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product from us that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, and, or, a defective component, we will offer an exchange. If the product has been used, we will service your watch, and replace, free of charge, any components necessary with in the two year warranty period.

For orders over 80 USD, we offer free international shipping worldwide, operated by DHL. For a product in stock shipping time is usually between 3 to 5 days but may take longer depending on location.

customs fees and taxes are not included outside of Australia for most markets.

For the US Market only we have adjusted our prices to include tariffs.

The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right to request a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned unused, complete in their original packaging and must include all documentation.

Any protective covering should not be removed from the product as doing so will void this policy.
