I am incredibly happy with my purchase of the Himalayan Project watch. It has quickly earned its spot as my go-to, primary daily wearer. Here are the standout features that make it such a great timepiece:
Perfect Fit and Proportions: Finding a watch that fits right can be a challenge, but this case size is absolutely perfect for my 8-inch wrist. Despite its solid presence, it is surprisingly lightweight and comfortably thin, making it effortless to wear all day long.
Excellent Craftsmanship: The build quality is top-notch. The case is very well-made with a clean finish, and the blue gradient dial (face plate) is absolutely beautiful in person.
Strong Lume & Reliability: The Super-LumiNova on this watch is incredibly strong and bright, offering excellent legibility in low light. On top of that, the Swiss-made movement is highly accurate and reliable.
Final Verdict: Offering a premium feel, excellent movement, and fantastic aesthetics all at a great price point, this watch is an absolute steal. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful finishing, colors really pop, very leightweight. Very very comfortable to wear on the wrist. Anything to wish for? Yes, an accompanying titanium bracelet….

I'm enjoying wearing my new Gokyo Blue. I love the unique design and interesting color fade going on the dial. The raised lumed hour markers give it great dimensionality. Definitely every detail was well thought out. Size works perfectly for me, having a smaller wrist. Nylon strap color coordinates well with the watch.
I'm tempted to order another in a different color I like it so much.

I’ve finally received my Himalayan Project in Gokyo Blue from Ocean to Orbit. I ordered the watch as part of the pre-order.

Wow, what a fantastic watch! I’m absolutely thrilled. The dial is magnificent; that blue really glows and, together with the gradient and the light-coloured hour markers, creates a wonderful, balanced look. The lettering and hour markers are perfectly positioned, and the logo at 12 o’clock is very detailed and precisely crafted. The hands blend in very well with the overall design and tie the whole thing together. The Luminova’s luminosity in the dark is very impressive. Despite the striking colour of the dial, the watch has a understated look – in my view, a perfect design.

The titanium case (Grade 5) is superbly crafted. The surface finish is outstanding – a top-class finish – and the edges have been finished to the highest standard; they are precise with a ‘sharp edge’ but not sharp-edged. A particular highlight is the screw-down, bead-blasted case back, featuring the unique, high-gloss polished 3D logo, which looks superb and provides a lovely contrast to the rest of the matt finish; given the material, its production involves a complex manufacturing process. The choice of sapphire crystal complements the watch perfectly.

In my view, the watch’s design is outstanding; everything is harmonious and you find yourself wanting to look at it again and again.

The movement runs smoothly and, thanks to the lightness of the titanium, the watch is a pleasure to wear. At the moment, I’m wearing the watch with the fabric strap, which also comes with an extra clasp. This clasp, too, leaves nothing to be desired in terms of functionality, workmanship and design – it’s perfect. The winding crown is a joy to use and is easy to screw down. Another interesting detail is that the crown is also bead-blasted.

The watch is delivered well-packaged in a lovely, understated box. In my case, the watch had travelled a long way, yet it arrived at my door in perfect condition.

Amazing watch

Watch is great, was a bit concerned when I opened the box as it has a small rattle and a loud wind but I guess that is the mechanism at this price point, it looks great though and very light due to being Titanium, after wearing for a day I liked it more and more. The dial is awesome, I don't normally like NATO straps but with the special clasp it feels great and goes really well with the watch. Also the loom is great at night and a cool design on that front. Been wearing it every day since arrival and love it, highly recommend for this price.
